Holly came to Colorado by way of university in New York for fashion and the arts, quickly discovering a passion for skiing which kept her in Crested Butte where she eventually purchased a gourmet kitchen shop. While running the shop Holly was able to explore the magic of pairing the right food and wines together. Since selling the store in 2002, Holly has worked in wine sales and as a part-time personal chef to keep her food and beverage skills sharp, so to speak. Holly’s favorite two people in the world are her daughter, who’s pursuing landscape architecture in Colorado, and her son, who works as a sound engineer in Los Angeles. Currently, Holly lives in Aspen with her border collie/setter mix pup–Tilly. When not selling wine, she loves skiing, cycling, gardening, horseback riding and cooking.
“Age is just a number. It’s totally irrelevant unless, of course, you are a bottle of wine.” – Joan Collins (English Actress, Author & Columnist)
